How to cancel my RLI subscription?

We are very sorry to hear that you no longer want to be part of RLI, but we do understand. Cancelling your subscription is an easy process and it just takes a few moments.

You may only cancel your subscription at the end of your three (3) year contract date or until you have paid the full price of the license cost that was purchased. You can request a buyout quote here.

Please make sure to request the cancellation at least 30 days prior to the end of your contract, if you do not want it to be renewed automatically.

Before you fully cancel your subscription, we’ll ask for feedback and reasons for cancellation. Click on one of the options that describe your decision and let us know why you would like to cancel your account.

Once you cancel your subscription, you should receive a confirmation by email. If you do not get the confirmation, email the next day, contact our support team here.
