Cancellation and Refund Policy
The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all contractual relationships between Record Licensing Inc, 2755 West 23rd Ave, Suite 12, Denver CO 80211 (hereafter: RLI) and its customers (hereafter: Customer)
The Customer can only be an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
Consequently all the contractual relationships between RLI and its customers are Business-to-business transactions (B2B).
1. Cancellation Policy
All customers can cancel their subscription to the end of its contract duration by sending a cancellation request on our contacts page here.

All cancellation requests must be made 30 days before the contract ends and must be made in writing via the contact page.
Once the charge is made, the cancellation will only be processed at the end of the subscription date.
Long term contracts (membership-based contracts) can only be cancelled at the end of the specific contracted period.

2. Refund Policy
Please request any refunds on our contact page here.
In order to process any request, we may ask you to provide: the reason why you would like to request a refund, your personal information, such as name, customer ID, email address and any other information we may need to authenticate your account.
We will examine your request and get back to you within 2 weeks.
We are not obligated to process or offer any refunds. And we reserve the right to process and offer refunds on a one-by-one basis.
All refund offers are officially retracted if the customer disputes the invoice in question.
If your refund has been approved you will receive it in a period of 30 days in your account through the same method as the original payment. Any bank fees and charges shall be borne solely by you.
